What do you mean by "View Windows"?

If you want to view images in full-screen, you can select them in a File Window and just press the <Enter> key. This opens The Viewer

Also always helpful: Right-click your mouse on a window / panel / object. 
This usually opens a context menu with all commands available for the clicked the window/panel/object. This is very helpful because you don't need to remember all keyboard shortcuts (which is impossible).
