Coach Panel

The Help System Mentions the Coach Panel, but only to state:

"The coach panel displays helpful information for the current situation and context."

This panel is not listed in View / Panels.

Does it only appear when there is an error problem?
Is there a way to turn it on or off?

It is always useful to include a link to the help page you refer to. The IMatch help system is vast and has hundreds of pages.
The coach panel has evolved to the Did You Know App? So there may be a lingering old reference I need to check.
